Who we are

Bredd Health is an assisted living facility based in Columbia, Maryland. We are a black-owned and women-owned business. Our founder Pauline Gill has an MHA in Health Care Administration Management from Washington Adventist University. She has also been a nurse for over 25 years, during her journey she saw a need for an assisted living facility that had a new feel. One that felt like a home instead of a huge facility, she prides herself on her ability to provide care to those in need. With our facility, residents can feel valued and connected instead of a number in a system. Residents love being able to connect with their caregivers and other residents.
